First batch worked out to about £1.50 per box, but half of that went against artwork and a cutter which is a one-off charge. So around £0.7 or $0.90 going forward. I don’t actually ship knives. I designed these boxes with that in mind, but there are no couriers in the UK that accept knives. Many other sharpening companies offer a postal service here, but I don’t want to risk my customer’s knives getting confiscated. So nowadays I just use these boxes as a return package when customers collect their knives, and they seem to appreciate that.
This is great information. It's quite a niche topic, but I hope to utilize it some day when I retire from my current profession.
Great job on them boxes. They look very nice and professional.
How much is each box? And how much do you charge for shipping?

I just went to a box manufacturer with a rough design idea in my mind… I don’t know if anyone sells generic versions.
