I personally don't go to the gym, rather I work out from home and outside [jogging], so am I supposed to do that in a dress or skirt since as a Christian woman I'm not supposed to wear pants? Or I shouldn't workout at all since wearing pants has now become a "sin" before the Lord? You do know that exercising [working out] is keeping one's body [that hosts God's Spirit] in good health, right? Pls consider 3 John 1:2, here prosperity does not only refer to financial and spiritual health, but it refers to physical health as well. It refers to your body keeping well!
