My workout today:
Warmup:
*Yes / nos
*Wrist complex
*Band dislocates
*Band overhead tricep extensions
*Band pullover
*Banded hip flexor
*Kettlebell Romanian Deadlifts
*Hanging scapula retractions
*Suspension Pushups
*Banded Squats
"Main Workout" 3 sets of 5 reps:
1A) Weighted ring pull ups (I like starting with a pull, but you don't have to)
1B) Poor man's tsunami Swiss bench press (pec is currently strained…these force me to stay tight and lock in…and they’re neato)
1C) Double kettlebell clean and squats
1D) 5-10 Mounted arm bars on heavy bag
2) Hanging leg raise for a rep or two (not shown)
3) Banded hip stretch for 2 minutes (not shown)
In this video…talking about and demonstrating an example of a program (training style) I've been employing almost exclusively for the last year or so.
It's a semi-high volume, semi-low intensity, daily training method designed to. Depending on your fitness level, make you stronger and hotter, or at least help you maintain your strength and hotness during demanding seasons in life.
The average length of my workouts is about 15 minutes…it can be just about as long or short as you need it to be

Hey, there are a ton of details of this workout I didn't have time to cover in the video (e.g., who this workout is for, how to select exercises, how to vary intensity, etc).
