- Today I am comparing the new HyperX Pudding...Key Caps to the old PBT as well as enjoying my custom HyperX Pudding. A fine keycap with some aggressive font and light transfer, HyperX did a great job with their Pudding Keycaps.

I just got word that John Fleming passed away. He was taken away too soon. John went out of his way to do kind things for people and never expected anything in return. He created the name "Real Hardware Reviews" because he genuinely wanted to share honest reviews. He often bought my products instead of asking for free samples. His circle of friends and online following of fans grew because of his kindness and caring. This is a great loss to the PC hardware community and industry. My prayers go out to John's family.
Very sad indeed, Bill. I hope that MNPCTech continues to thrive and help out wonderful, honest reviewers such as himself!

Great video! How is the key cap thickness of the new ones vs the old ones? I've had bad luck with pudding key caps in the past that have thick PBT tops but the side walls are very thin. Any changes there?
Just did a visual comparison between the pudding, pbt and stock and all of them look the same or extremely close thickness, they feel rather durable on the side walls and hold up well to my apex fail rages, you should be safe to give them a shot :)

Yup and you will love your new Keyboard, it's an extremely solid keyboard and sadly the Pudding caps that came out today will not include the pudding in this video. :P

loved the review, and the jokes. the pudding looked great, very detailled. You gained yourself a new sub, because i can see how much effort went into this. Also, these will be great for my ducky one 2 keyboard!
I thought I was your snack pack? The old white caps look like they bleed more light or maybe it was just my eyes, the black ones definitely look better.
Yah it's sadly the Camera, I tried to get better shots of it but what happens is the PBT has a few bright stops, the Pudding seems to light up almost the whole bar even at low brightness. Both look great though and you are always my Snack Pack ;)
