Is getting the double chaos control not possible on Switch unless you do it this way? I've seen people doing it on other platforms by just running along the wall and haven't been able to recreate it.
Yep. At 60FPS or higher, Shadow interacts with the CC capsule for at least 1 frame before touching the red ring, allowing the CC dupe to work. However, at 30FPS, Shadow interacts with both the CC capsule and the red ring on the same frame, making the dupe impossible as you cannot Chaos Control while in an inactionable state. It sucks that 8th gen consoles lose a few seconds by default compared to top times, but I think sub 1:50 might still be possible.
