The best part about the final fight is that everyone was in on the action and not just Sonic.

This is what I been wanting in a sonic games since heroes. I mean I like sonic but come on let us go back being able to plays as everyone else. This is the type of final boss I wished to be in forces

If this game does eventually get ported to consoles, I'm most curious to see if they'll upgrade the cutscenes so that they're all animated. They already have full-on voice acting and sound design built in, and the character models are definitely capable of expressive movement! It wouldn't surprise me if these "mobile-game-screenshot" cutscenes are a sort of blueprint to be fully animated later on.
It's basically just a storybook game, they likely wont go that far for it since it's supposed to be a low-investment title
I don’t think that’ll happen.
I’ve said this multiple times but this does not impress me at all, it’s just straight linker line with neat graphics that don’t compare to console games.
Doubt Sega would give them the budget for that. just bump up the graphics a bit and call it a day. They wouldn't but that much effort into a quick port job.

I think a port of this can work, even though I still find this game a bit too simple.
I’ve been playing this game and started on the third zone, and I do think it’s pretty simple.
No momentum base gameplay, and the characters needed a stomp bounce attack, and turning feels bad, especially Knuckles and Rouge’s gliding.
Love the His World reference in the song.
Always wanted this kinda motif thrown in for years.
I think the Electric Guitar and Drums version of the main theme would have given that punch for Sonic's Finisher at the end.
At what minute there's the reference?
There is a feel of sonic 3 final boss in this final boss ost, but more fluid and harmonical, and i absolutely love it.

@@KycenPetersenJust wondering, have you played this game? There's already a lot of obscure Sonic references in game so I feel like the more blatant one has to be there for a reason. They've been all on top of the references that they have a lore master so it's very hard to dismiss the exact notes as random coincidence when people call musical reference in Sonic for much less ( e.g Dreams of an Absolution and Green Hill)

This is exactly what I was expecting a Sonic game on mobile would be like! It even has fully animated cutscenes here and there. Mobile games are so capable on home console AAA quality!

@@DarkkirbyKRPGSuch an outdated take. Phones are strong enough to emulate Switch games. They’ve been emulating Gamecube for years now. Anything that releases on Switch could be released on iPhones and would look better than it does on Switch. Hell, they released the full version of Resident Evil Village on iPhone 15 Pro this year.
The way Eggman delivered his lines at the end, he sounded choked up or holding back, like he was after something else besides world domination, but didn't want to let anyone know.
Maybe his real dream is to be reunited with Sage.

*MAJOR* Missed oppritunity to have NiGHTS from nights into dreams to have a Cameo or playable appearance in this game. Because **it's in a dream world** and it even has **Dreams in the title of the game!** so why not?
My thoughts exactly. A lost opportunity for having an official connection between Sonic's universe and Nightopia. But eh it's alright. At least the game isn't a tragic mess.

The level design complementing each characters' physics and playstyle shows great attention to detail here!
Ok giving Eggman powers is actually creepy and a great way to keep him as an intimidating villain after the end. And having the whole squad in the level was brilliant both in gameplay and story.

so the image in the tweet sega hardlight posted mentioning to stay tuned for a sonic game reveal, was where the final boss is. it kinda seemed predictable considering that it was the only location not in any trailers and it looked like a completely different vibe lol

This is a high B or low A tier game, the Story is decent the gameplay looks fun the visuals are amazing and the bosses look fun as well but the bad thing about this is there is no final boss unfortunately 😔

Did anyone notice Cheese shares the same bowtie as the Rabbit in Sonic superstars. Its pretty clear Creams dad died in superstars. Guess it was rabbit season.
This is the weirdest and yet most glorious "full circle" concept i've ever seen so far.
Eggman was originally conceptualized as a platformer hero similar to Mario, with his concept art of him being in his pajamas hinting that he would be a man working his way through a series of good and bad dreams or just trying desperately to get a good night's sleep.
Now he's the master of those dreams. He's become everyone's living nightmare.
I hope this game gets a second life on consoles the game looks really good, I like the music

@@azimuddin1890 I get what you what your saying, but I wasn't clear on my "opinion" I like the look of the game and the music. The game gives me that feeling of what Sonic heroes and lost worlds look like. I like the vibrant and more colorful look of the game. It doesn't have that realistic look that frontiers have. It's pretty clear it is a mobile game I don't see the issue with that.
