    Why at max discharge H=0

      discharge piping design is too large, pump is overloaded.

      Consider axial flow..with delivery head being the same as inlet ..in that case we can attain max flow rate with zero pressure head..
      But practically this wont happen..as we always intend to deliver the fluid at some head
