This helped me get half way there, so thanks for that. Best explanation I found thus far. The "pull cable" (not a strap as you called it) was hindered by the shoulder straps. FYI for anyone wondering, easiest to move the straps using a phillips head, instead of messing with the cable.
I wish you would have finished folding and then connecting the strap/s at their buckle/s. Seems like there is a strap or two missing. There is only one buckle on my single daughter's Bob (bought new but assembly obviously not followed strictly), so the other end is still flopping open. Also the front wheel gets in the way, so I suspect two missing straps with buckles to hold it all together. Very annoying.
I wish people would follow assembly instructions, especially when a single mother is counting on them. I have always been the mother/man of the house, fixing everything at 5'2" and 105 lbs, now 67 yo. Getting tired of it at this point in my life.

What she forgot to mention is. UNBUCKLE SEAT RESTRAINER before you fold !!! Makes it 10x easier.

Thanks! I had some white lightning I applied to the track the pull cord goes up and the stroller collapses fully now.

I’m unable to find the folding mechanism replacement part on the
website. I believe that’s my issue
Is there a fix for when the handlebar fold doesn't work? It is really stuck and sometimes if I push with 2 hands with all my might I can get it to fold. Would love to figure out where it needs to be repaired. Thank you 🙏
How do you go about fixing if the harness straps are over the strap you pull to collapse?
we're having an issue with the jogging stroller. is drifts to the right. any idea why that is and how can we fix it?
Not sure if you will respond but perhaps you have some insight into an issue we are having with the same stroller. Ours will not un-fold. No matter how slowly or quickly I pull on the strap the stroller simply won't release and unfold. This stroller is only about 3 months old with very light usage. Any tips on what to check? I will check the lubrication when I get home tonight.
