People don’t spend enough time stressing the importance of integrity and standing tall in the face of their mistakes. This was right on time. Major respect for putting this out there. Basic human principles go such a long way.
I’ve retained a few clients for 3 years and all you’re saying was crucial to that. It took over 6 months to get results for the second client as well, while the first one was a massive success. It takes just one thing: massive commitment to caring about others. Customer journey is so much more than just a deliverable. It’s a mindset we all have access too and it has to be acted on to reveal it’s benefits. The great thing is - no matter how hard it gets for you, you can always orient yourself on giving. It begins the flywheel of reciprocation, which is a huge force. Every time I’ve started a new business I’ve started with a lot of free value I just upselled on. Massive respect for you Keaton, you’re amazing.
Love everything about this video, thank you. Also, can you please make a video if possible on how you managed multiple clients, delegating work, hiring resources, managing teams, finances, managing work, because one can handle things by himself for 1 client but not for 100 clients. Usually clients give us work on the basis of our work ethics, our work but how to translate the same work from a team. It would be really helpful.
I always call my clients on the dot when I said I would. A lot of them are shocked that I did. I'm guessing because most people they speak to don't. It starts the call on really good foundation doing that. Love the videos. Keep up the good work mate.
Hey Keaton, would love to see a video on how many hours per week or month we should be spending on each client in order to scale. Will give people a good baseline for if we should be automating more etc.
Thanks Keaton! Love this video. Question - when you started your agency, did you hire a contractor to do the work for you or you did everything yourself especially with your first few clients?
Hey Alan hope you are having a great time with your agency, I'm just curious how has your journey been so far. I want start one too, three years into it surely you must have experienced a lot!
Iman gadzhi < our boi Keaton :) Also I've had an Instagram agency the last year. Breaking into google ads first for local buinsess and then want to slowly transition into a more complex offer for ecom. What are some good resources to learn google ads?
Best one is probably getting coaching from Keaton, I’m pretty sure Google ads is his main service offer. Also Jordan Le and Sam Bax are solid google ads guys.
Lovely!! quick question: Hey Keaton, I've been in the Real Estate niche for like 4 months, tweaked my offer a little bit a while ago, and got like 15 meetings in 2 weeks, but none of them are ready to pay any upfront fee or base retainer fee, they all just want to pay per listings or deal..... I've invested 4 months into this niche, got some decent experience from it and I think it's time to change it, if I implement the same strategies in other niches, I think I'll get clients in the first month, and they'll definitely pay me upfront... I don't want to change because real estate is such a great niche, but I guess I've no idea, what do you say?
Hey Keaton, is going the gohighlevel route a good plan? Been watching a few of your videos and don't see much mention of gohighlevel all that much. I am interested in learning more about sales and have a good overall understanding of running ads on FB and Google plus overall design knowledge. My goal is to be the general contractor and help businesses with a plethora of marketing needs. I have 2 questions. 1. How much is Gohighlevel to get off the ground with my first client. I don't want to go into debt before I even start. 2. How can I find advertising, seo, etc... Partners. Is this done through highlevel? Keep up the great work. Your newest subscriber, Shane
Hey, I don't understand this concept yet: Getting them more sales. I don't understand that, how do I know that I'm getting them more sales? I suppose that the moment I start to work with a/the company is the moment all their sales are gonna be attributed to me? It sounds weird at least right now. Or what specifically means to help them get more sales? For example, if they tell me they want to increase their sales from $5k to $10k and my job is to run fb ads, apart of running the ads, what else am I supposed in order to make a "Sale" because I'm not talking directly to the client, I'm just putting the ads or should I run more ads (something like that) or how could I accomplish their goal and how can I assure them that I'm capable of it? what is the metric that will prove that to them? I hope my doubt makes sense haha thanks A LOT (the questions are just a guidance of my main doubt which is: what does it mean to get them more sales?)

It depends on the business. Usually you're not getting them sales, you're getting them leads or appointments and then they are closing the sales
Can you share your SMM agency's website or smth?
