It's OBVIOUS to me that Henry IS singing live. His ad libs are live, you can hear him breathing into the mic at a couple of points, and some of the lines don't sound exactly like the studio version-- he just has really good vocal control for someone who's also dancing at the same time.
So basically, if anyone thinks he's not singing live here, it's because you're so used to people being awful live singers and you simply can't understand that some people can retain good pitch control.
