With wood heated sauna at my house, you get to the point in this video. Sauna is also a great place to do mild strecthing. This year will be my second ultra running year thanks to you! Greetings from Finland and Happy New Year to you and your family!

Greetings from finland. No need to explain reasons to go sauna. 85-110C° sauna for 2x 5min sessions with break in between makes any human instantly know why to do it. Effect cannot be explained. Its like a getting the best relaxing massage every time. Do it before bedtime = instant sleepyness.
Also sadly this sauna is "fake". Sisu is finnish word but the manufacturer is bs itself. Go for Harvia saunas. I think those sauna barrels go with "Almost Heaven Saunas" brand label in USA.

Even more so. Infrared can penetrate more deeply and get into the mitochondria to stimulate energy. This energy will make your entire body far more efficient. It works better at healing injuries, muscle soreness, etc., and improves mood and depression symptoms.
