What a testament to the BFS you are using. That 30.5 inch Red was a beast of a catch with that system. Go's to show you don't need a lot of heavy setups to catch the big ones. I just order the fishing line and shock leader for my new set up. Accent UL 7ft with a Lews 500. Thanks again for your hard work and dedication to your craft. Tight Lines.

I've had some interesting times in Chocolate Bay. Had to chase a couple of swimming rattlesnakes away swatting at them with my fishing rod as they tried to get into the boat. Another time had porpoises swat their tails on the water. I would swat the water with my hand and they would answer. Went on for about 10 minutes.

Does the verivas shock leader come on the very small, pocket size, spools like the diawa shock leader or yozuri pink leader?
No, but the trout leader does. Just as good and a little thinner but just as strong.
