I still think kosatka is far better purchase for any sea based service vehicle, the teleport cost is $2500 compared to this abomination, you can hold a sparrow which you can call anytime anywhere for free, you can drive your kosatka, and you get great weapon on the sub itself almost as par as the orbital canon, all this for mere 2.3m I forgot the cost. The vehicles are not free, you can summon them, have to call your captain for a fee, but the dinghy and sparrow you get with kosatka you can call them anywhere anytime for no fee at all. One would think you should atleast get to drive the yacht but nope, anybody reading this comment, please dont waste your money on yacht, not even the missions are worth it, but if you are a completionist, I would suggest throwing yacht at the bottom of your priority list, buy it after you own absolutely everything in the game.
I agree that the Kosatka is better, especially with the low payout of the yacht missions, and the high payout of cayo perico, but in terms of plain coolness, the Yacht beats the Kosatka.

It is something that Rockstar could really expand on if they wished. Right now it's kind of like owning a penthouse.
Oh yeah, if they added some sort of smuggling business to it, or at least make it driveable, maybe add other boats to own like an air craft carrier or a destroyer, there's so much potential with it.

The yacht is a giant floating boat. Once you've been playing for a while, you should have money to throw away on stuff like this, but it won't change your life or make anything any better/easier.
It's a good place to chill without having griefers ruining it for you, because of the air defenses they can't get near you.

It is something u buy after u are well settled, and are ablr to make max possible money when grinding (Cayo Perico+ Agency contact missions with bonus)
Great to have a floating palace at the seas that's luxurious from inside. Feels very cozy
Also a place to run away and turn on yacht defence to protect urself from potential griefers
Buy it when on discount, And get the most expensive one as that's what u are looking for to have proper experience (better heli)
Agreed on all but the last part, for starters yes, get some business's first, and then move on to the yacht, but for getting a more expensive one just for the heli, eh not sure, we have jets, oppressors, the sparrow, all sorts of flying vehicles, so I'm not sure if the most expensive one is needed just for a better helicopter.
Unless you have lots of GTA$ to spare, its a waste. The "free ammo" is a stupid gimmick and 25000 to move the thing is idiotic. Also note that "free helicpoter" and boat costs money to have it delivered to a "coastal location near where the boat is parked". That said, I bought one 😁. But..i'm at that stage where I have more GTA$ than I could possibly spend, own every business and don't care about having garages full of cars. If you're still grinding to level up or build up GTA$ for another business, this is a "shiny thing" you will probably regret. It will not help you with leveling up. Hopefully, this coming week, there will be a business on sale that will bring you some ROI.
I don't grind anymore. I mostly help new crew members with ramping up, surf public lobbies to join other missions to help out as a dreaded "random", and generally just run around blowing things up because its a fun stress releiver (focusing on NPC's, I don't grief players unless they draw first blood 😁).
Understandable, and I agree late stages it's a good purchase, it's not a good move for beginners to make though.

By this time in the game most of us have 10 mil to blow and we dont even care. I choose the middle yacht myself, i hate the floor plan of the 10m one
I can agree with that, I went middle purely because it's cheaper and has the features, but I must say it is a really amazing purchase.
