The garbage problem in Puerto Rico is not so serious compared to other Latin American countries such as the Dominican Republic.

2:09 Out on the island, public transportation is non existent. We used to have 'carros públicos', cars and vans that functioned as mini-buses between towns and rural areas. Nowadays most people have their own cars so 'carros públicos' have gone extinct.

Act 20/22/60 is not something Puerto Rican people are able to benefit from. And as you would understand it's upsetting to Puerto Rican people. You could benefit from tax benefits but locals have to pay I believe is 12 % and the government wants to increase it to 16% . So if people don't take kindly to it please understand the reason for it.
They should protest it instead of standing on line to get bad bunny tickets.

We called the people who throw the garbage everywhere Puercoriquenos, is a combination of pig and puertorican, (cerdos y puertorriqueños ) . I like your videos , very helpful for the people who want to come and live here .
