October is a hit or miss month with the weather
Apparently so, but I;ve been loads of time in Oct, and it's always been good.
We were there the same time as you were, We stayed at Soleil Apt which were very nice and just at the beach.
The night of the storm and power cut we had a meal with our friends who own the Tu Souvlaki restaurant next to the small church, we have been holidaying in Stalis twice a year for 15 years now, and still love the people and the place.
I don't do any Greek holidays after the last week in September due to change in weather
It's a lovely place isn't it
We had exactly the same weather one year in Minorca, it rained the whole week we were there, no power,No restaurants, one of the most scariest storms I’ve ever witnessed, rain coming in the villa, but we all just made the most of it,
It's awful when it happens.
Brought back great memories
