I'm getting to see LotL at the end of March. Because it's Australia not many people know them & the venue it's at here is really small, maybe 400 max so i think it's actually going to be really cool & intimate which i LOVE getting to do.
still think after many times listen to this song - it's quite the musical chameleon - it fits in both bands playlists without feeling the odd one in it - tickets are already at home and will be a christmaspresent for me and my 12yo
Hauptmann was doing harsh vocals all over their last album, just normally the odd line - see “Berserkermode” and “Highlander” for example. They’re just not normally this extended, although he did do lengthy growls in their cover of The Bloodhound Gang’s “Bad Touch”.
Feuerschwanz couldn't deliver a bad song even if they tried ;) To be honest, I hardly know LOTL, but I've had them on my radar since their gig in Wacken.
That's exactely what they do 7 times next year in October 2025.😁 Both bands play the "Lords of Fyre" tour together as Co-Headliners. I am sooo looking forward to it. 🤩 Already bought my tickets.
When they announced the shows I'm all "nah, I've seen LoTL so many times, I'm going to go to other shows in 2025". By the end of the video my tickets were sitting in my inbox. Fine. Take my money. 🤣
For the standards of Feuerschwanz, this is a primitive song. Don't know what the excellent musicians of Feuerschwanz, and especially Feuerschwanz' exceptionally high-skilled guitarist Hans Platz, really think about this three-chord track with a primitive rhythm. What is clear is that Lord of the Lost are dragging Feuerschwanz down on their rather questionable -- not to say 'low' -- musical level. What a pity.
Complex song structure doesn't equal "good song" and simple song structure doesn't mean it's bad. Sometimes simple stuff is beating any complexity (actually most of the time, when you look at statistics). This is a very fine song imo
Thank you!

And the very best of this cooperation: They are together on tour next year and they will come to Hannover as well. 😎🤘

Regarding fire:
From the last three years M‘er Luna Festival, these two bands had the laegest and most insane fire / pyro on stage.

This has been on repeat quite a few times. The chorus are so goooooood, i just love this one. FYRE are not fire, its Fueling Your Romantic Energy 😀

I agree, this needs fire.
Maybe Mel did visit them and took all for herself.
The whole song feels like it needs to be an epic D&D quest....digging it lol!
OSN 😎🤘 I'm so glad, you did this reaction and that you love it that much, as I do 🔥🔥 These guys are so FYRE 🔥
