      Not 100% certain but you'll get it or very very similar at a catering supply shop, like Nisbets

      Warm/hot water and washing up liquid, then use the blender to clean itself

    Tips for where to get good guanciale??

      Depends where you are in the world/country. Most biggish cities in the UK will have either Italian delis, or a food market (Borough Market for example). Another place I've found is higher end restaurant suppliers, in fact some of the best guanciale I've gotten my hands on was from one!
      One thing I will say, if you're struggling to get guanciale, you might struggle to get good quality pancetta too, so if you're going to use supermarket pancetta instead, make sure you're using lardons and make sure they're CURED instead of SMOKED. The slight funk makes all the difference.
