The Beverly Hills Asset Management Remote Director of Business Development I worked for from January 2013- April 2014. And the Manhattan Venture Capital firm where I was A Senior Vice President position I worked remotely from April 2014 until March 2019! I am just trying to find out how bad I got screwed on my salary/ bonuses! And what I should be asking for now! Merry Christmas and Thank you!

Just trying to find out roughly how much my salary and bonuses should have been in those years. And what my value might be today!

Yep it's a set period of time. It's possible to not make it to the next level, but people oftentimes do at the junior level. It's towards senior levels like ED and MD where it gets more difficult.

Hi Jane! It depends what you'd like to do moving forward - working in tax will lend you experience to other similar jobs in the future, but just depends on if that's what you want to focus on or if it's something different.

Understand it is rare that you’ll a Vice President in their late 20s. Associate more in their mid 30s, reasons there’s not many positions on this level. Trust you’re not coming out of college going into associate. Experience is needed. Also people that are in these positions are not leaving unless their getting an promotion etc… keep your head up folks the average median income is 58,000 a year. So starting off at 80k put you way ahead of the game
You can be a VP in your late 20s if you start off as an analyst after undergrad. Those who join IB after doing an MBA though are pushed back a few years, but start as associates.

From people that I know who have gone from India to doing IB in the US, they generally have done either an MBA in the US or have IB experience in India if that helps
