I had forgotten that I even watched Sportacus as a kid, holy... and finding this video, I got reminded of it - that was one of the best kid shows back in the day, where they really showed how exercise and proper eating can get you to become healthy (and jacked as hell).       @@PurpleBugs if it was legit he would be leaning further forward. It’s physically impossible to do it the way he done it. Trust me. I can do straddle planche push ups. You need to lean further in order to balance. You can’t push up from that position

      The full planches at the end are green screened. His body position makes it actually impossible to do in that manner, due to the physics of leverage.
      And if you look at his left leg there's an unnatural indentation, quite likely where he's being supported by someone in a greensuit.

    Used to watch Lazy Town as a child. It’s Great to have kids shows that promote fitness and health and part of the programme, makes you want to join in. Hopefully there’s still shows like this for today’s youngsters.
