All the units look great, sometimes the market is just weird. That unit at Cuatro Estaciones is great. The master bedrooms in Zona Dorada look like you could ditch a bed and put a good sized workstation in there.

Yeah that's like a quarter of a months rent, that's steep.
it is easy to see it that way. But for example. we have a single-family home. Between our pool guy, gardener, electricity for the pool and maid 2x a week, we are paying around $1000 a month + (CAD). So, being part of a condo would cut my bill in half. This property is only 6 units, so it is very lovely from a privacy standpoint. If you bought it in a 70- or 100-unit building, the fees would likely be around 20% less, but new condos of the same size would be around $200K more and not the same intimacy. Final point: Unfortunately, the Canadian dollar has lost tremendously in purchasing power against the peso. That is a product of bad fiscal management in Canada, which will just get worse :(
This unit rents for $1200 USD a week in high season. A two bedroom two bathroom this size in this location would be impossible to find for $2200 CAD all in a month.... If you can find one, let me know!
@@buceriasmxjoel It isn't even bad fiscal management in Canada, things are just getting more expensive and that's happening in Mexico too. Inflation is not going to negotiate with you or your housekeepers or your maintenance team. We all have to take inflation into account when planning our finances because it's gonna happen whether we like it or not. /rant
(also I am assuming a rate of 3.1% average for future years so hopefully the greedflation that corps hit us with after the global uh inconvenience is going to even out)
