For real haven't heard this until now? Mike, I consider this to be one of the very best Pantera songs. It's a show opener, not a hit single. I feel this song every time I hear it without fail. Unscarred by trials.
Its amazing how Pantera music has aged so well!! Still sounds very relevant today! Had to give my man a thumbs up and a sub! For his wonderful enthusiasm
I feel the same. I know it was a group effort but Dime rewrote the rules on how to be a shredding metal guitar player. I wear a razor necklace in his memory. RIP Dime and Vinnie.
You one of the first I've seen go deep beyond the usual Pantera songs. You got a sub just for that. Next up try Fucking Hostile, 5 Minutes Alone, and Becoming.
The mixing is so good on all of the Pantera albums. Despite the guitar's chunky low end you can ALWAYS hear the full sound of the bass AND the drum kit.
Btw I can teach you guitar XD its really not hard to do chugging riffs, you just need good strings, a good pick, good pickups, and a good amp And you can get away with some cheap strings/pickups/amp if you know how to dial it, i have a line 6 spider iv and I can mix it to sound massive like a dual rectifier/peavey 6505/etc And most people dont know, dimebag darrell (guitarist for pantera) used a solid state amp, while 99 percent of the metal world used tube amps, he was able to outshine them all with a randall solid state amp
Great reaction! I can't come to Maryland, but I can point you in a few right directions for guitar technique advice for this genre. Your bass skills you have will allow you no problem. Rhythmic palm muting is essential for that crunch is the only thing you're missing. Rock and Roll!
What's up Waldorf Maryland. Used to live there in the early 2000s. Love these reactions to metal my guy. Can you check out Lamb of God walk with me in hell? The band is from Richmond V.
I love Pantera reactions. It doesn't matter how many i come across...
You speaking my language mad respect brotha ✊

One of the meanest riffs ever created. This song was pretty much their mission statement.
"Got shit on, pissed on, stepped on, fucked with, pointed at by lesser men!" 🤘
