I had to come back. It’s a feeling. Two days ago, or so, you said I’d be going through a difficult transition. Seems as though it was happening already. So I puzzled on it, this morning, after things had calmed down. It was intense. In some ways reminding me of some past instabilities, it felt different in a way. This morning, part of the answer came. I’d been improving my diet, in recent weeks. In fact, I’ve been changing a lot about myself…all at the same time. It’s kind of how things work with me. But I think that changing my diet is affecting my body chemistry. Urges for those unhealthy foods are diminishing. Changing the chemistry of the foods I’m consuming is stirring up a lifetime of toxins. How I figured that out was a sort of subtle symptoms I’d been experiencing over a week’s time. After my transition, those symptoms were gone. This morning, I stepped back into my yoga thing, whereas it was evenings, before a pause stopped it, in general. Back to the transition, that night was insane. I didn’t know if I could even sleep. The title Dark Night of the Soul popped up in my feed. I’ve learned to understand that these things are messages, not coincidences. It’s been interesting, reading how my days unfold in collaboration with the energies we are all swimming in. So I clicked it. “Yup…yup, and yup. That’s me.” And I learned that the phrase was coined by Carl Jung. And so on. Off topic, I did a blog post on a RUclips of a panel discussion by a Jungian group about the philosophies. I called it “Jung Love.” I was clever. Anyway. Nothing profound has happened to me, aside from how to categorize the dark energy that has been dogging me for these years. It might just be the ingredient that I need for the cure. Next thing? I had to come back. It’s a feeling. Two days ago, or so, you said I’d be going through a difficult transition. Seems as though it was happening already. So I puzzled on it, this morning, after things had calmed down.
It was intense. In some ways reminding me of some past instabilities, it felt different in a way. This morning, part of the answer came.
I’d been improving my diet, in recent weeks. In fact, I’ve been changing a lot about myself…all at the same time. It’s kind of how things work with me.
But I think that changing my diet is affecting my body chemistry. Urges for those unhealthy foods are diminishing. Changing the chemistry of the foods I’m consuming is stirring up a lifetime of toxins. How I figured that out was a sort of subtle symptoms I’d been experiencing over a week’s time.
After my transition, those symptoms were gone. This morning, I stepped back into my yoga thing, whereas it was evenings, before a pause stopped it, in general.
Back to the transition, that night was insane. I didn’t know if I could even sleep. The title Dark Night of the Soul popped up in my feed.
I’ve learned to understand that these things are messages, not coincidences. It’s been interesting, reading how my days unfold in collaboration with the energies we are all swimming in. So I clicked it.
“Yup…yup, and yup. That’s me.” And I learned that the phrase was coined by Carl Jung. And so on.
Off topic, I did a blog post on a RUclips of a panel discussion by a Jungian group about the philosophies. I called it “Jung Love.” I was clever.
Anyway. Nothing profound has happened to me, aside from how to categorize the dark energy that has been dogging me for these years. It might just be the ingredient that I need for the cure.
