You can review the moments of everyday without blogging or going on Twitter. I've done it every night as I lie in bed. I suck the marrow from fleeting encounters, a look, a word. I keep a pen and paper by my bed and often write a note if I feel I didn't respond appropriately enough to someone who was kind to me or helped me or did something worthy of praise or recognition.
