It’s hard enough to resist the “latest and greatest” from the established RC companies. But FMS makes it even harder! There’s something appealing about their scale looks and features, especially that FJ Cruiser!
The to hobby firehorse actually came with the smoothest ESC out of the box. After a wheel upgrade and hobby marker, it's actually my fave and best performing 1:18 scale
I have one of the 8 you presented. The 12 scale Jeep. I really like the look of the Landcruiser so I’ll probably pick one up. Are there many aftermarket upgrades for it? And thank you for all the time & energy you put into the RC world. I was just thinking I haven’t seen you review the new Capra or did I just miss it? I had mine out on the rocks & it was so much fun & it just puts a smile on my face so I thought of you. Getting out tomorrow with my Capra, Fireteam, & New TRX Bronco which already took some tumbles & scratched the nice blue paint. But that’s ok it’s no shelf Queen.
I can definitely attest to the 1/18 Toyota FJ Cruiser being a great model. It's what got me back into R/C cars, and it's still a favorite as I love puttering around the garden with it. Look forward to what other products FMS will be issuing in the time to come.
You’d probably know better than myself, but when I contacted their customer support asking if they had plans to bring the Kubel & Commander car to 1/6 they said they’d pass the suggestion to related departments, but than said they believe that those would be released in the near future. Here’s hoping! I feel like the Kubelwagen and Commander Car in 1/6 could be much better performers, and itch the 1/6 vehicle bug. Unless you’re buying a staticJeep or Kubelwagen, it seems like the 1/6 static car models push the 4 figure mark, insane!
Great video Francis. I rather like your style of presentation .I now have five FMS Cars, 1/6th Scale Jeep and Jimny. 1/12th Scale Jeep, Kubelwagen and Jimny. I think that they are all great. My absolute favourite must be the 1/12th Scale Jeep.
hey man,we're buying the 1:18 crawlers now and u'r 2 vid are a big help;) we've wrote to each other before just under my personal acc. You do amazing work. I just started my chan, so content comming up, but I mostly tune and improve these f* to it's purpose. hey do review of the tires for this scale. btw. Amewi has a great support, just got free rear axle wich I broke on first ride of RCX10p. Stay well
Anyone else watching from the ruins of world War 3 reliving the glory days of when we had time to play with RCs. It's day 1004, utah has fallen to the Russia, Texas is the last bastion.
Great video. Yes it's true of the trx4 it's not really changed in 4 years but if it's not broken why change it? Also I think that the trx4 platform is great because you've got the opportunity to work with it and give it that look and unique style which you like and love. So, buy one of these realistic cars or a trx4 and modify it to your own personal look. It's a win win situation for the enthusiasts.
Yes, they should come out with other platforms though. 1/24, low cg, more scale, more simple and so on. For the TRX4, need better esc, radio, servo, motor, tires etc.
I don't know if you have any influence with this company But I so wish they would build 1/16 scale So it could match up with all the rest of the company like WPL. Like for me I like to do all the same size so they could work together in video scenes. I'm working on a military 1/16 course and would love to add reg cars and trucks, and construction vehicles so that they are all the same size.😕 To me there should only be 1/6 , 1/10, 1/12, 1/16 , 1/24 there's just to many different sizes out there. As much as I love this company I won't be buying anything in this size category. Currently I only buy 1/6, 1/10 and 1/16. I have the jimny and the jeep love them great trucks🙏😎✝️☮️
So nice and tempting those little RC candies exist but they are actually a horrible value for money example. Way to expensive compared to the 1/10th scale.
Number 8 that you show in your video is actually the FMS FJ Cruiser not the Land Cruiser. They are two different models and the link you show for number 8 is for the Toyota Land Cruiser not the FJ.
I don't like FMS. I've had to buy the Jimny plus both sizes of Jeep. Great trail vehicles, but as FMS are only a young company, I hate to think of the damage to my wallet in the years to come :)

Yeah, they license and they pursue accuracy on the latest ones.
FJ Cruiser is the nicest

Great to hear man.

Hi, may I know how the fms mashigan compares with the 1/6 willy?
No LC80?? It as the first! I love it and with a bit of mods it’s killer. I NEED to pick up that FJ as well though!!!
LC80, yes. i gave it a cameo. Too close to the FJ.
Can’t thank you enough for EACH of your videos
No Firehorse? I thought that was a pretty good model... Out of curiosity why did it not make the list?

But we love your face . By far we know you love these guys.
I'm very pleased with the options now in 1/6, I own the Jeep & Jimny
Oh, very good to hear!
Nice spinner!
Excellent video and review of the FMS Family.
Thank you very much!
do they sell kubelwagen 1:6?
No they don’t.
@@RCReviewChannel thank you. That’s a pity
For sure the detail level is very high and the driving modes too, can you immagine in few years what can they do? Ciao, Nanni
Exactly. The rate of progress is amazing.

Thanks for the video
The gears in the EZ RCs has some fragile gears that have been on backorder for a couple months now
don't forget the swimwagons lol
I hope they comout with that.
So nice and tempting those little RC candies exist but they are actually a horrible value for money example. Way to expensive compared to the 1/10th scale.
Their pricing is a little rough. The EazyRC is a good option for some of their vehicles
Has anyone come up with an adapter for the Eazy RC battery for a balance charger?
Bummer you didn't throw on the FMS Atlas 6x6
Oooh, that was my first one. I didn't like that since the motor was so week and the tires so terrible. Good building block though.

El Hummer?
Chinese company pays licensing fees? You sure about that??
Yessir. Crazy I know :)
The beetle is trash 🗑 imo… Barely goes through low grass 🤦🏽♂️ sent it back. 1 ⭐️ on Amazon
