Slight problem, I’m too scared to throw them lol. I can do like a triple pull up bar haha Would you be willing to do more tutorials? Possibly hop bars and manual to 180 if you can do them?
Hi brant I seen that how to I land without hands But i dont think that the bars could pass in front of my knees It could hit my knees? Any suggestions please
I would say that it’s all about just letting it fly a couple times with knee pads on. Our bodies have an amazing tendency to get out of the way in situations like this one. If you have some knee pads on and give in a couple go’s I think you’ll be good!
You throw the bars the moment your at your highest point when you can pinch your cranks with your feet, lean slightly back and straighten your legs so you do t hit your legs.
@@Brant_Moore omg never expected a fast reply but what if it spins too fast? I haven't try the method but it seems like I could do it but how hard do you throw it?
Honestly, I landed my first no handed lander barspin in 1 or 2 tries. My first ever bunny hop normal bar spin took a little longer. I remember hopping a lot before ever throwing it. Then once I threw it for the first time I don’t think it took many tries before I landed it. Actually still have a picture from that night of doing them.
You're my favorite bmx RUclipsr out of all of them
That's honestly an enormous compliment. Thank you so much!!!

What if my bars doesn't spin all the way? Do I have to bus it?
Try to throw them harder

but how does that transition to catching it?
That’s the joke. But it does make you better at throwing properly and that will lead to catching sooner
What happened to get a flat tire there?
Let me know how many tries you had before landing this and how long did it took to normal barspin :)

TY MAN LOVE YA!
Ok but most people don’t ride their seat as high as you cuz it looks better slammed.
Learn them with it higher and then lower it again. Or make it a little harder by keeping it low. It’s still possible
