Believing a child can understand the concept of marriage and the sexual duty that comes with it when they are innocent and unaware of it and have no clue what intercourse means is just wrong.
My aunt was raped at 6 years old she could never have children after it because she was damaged inside she never really wants to go into the topic deep but she is still heartbroken and went through allot of medical stuff because of the rape.
One of my best friends is from Afghanistan she later on fled to the netherlands she was married of at 9 and almost died because she was bleeding after her " husband " raped her she didnt even know what sex was yet she was married of to just deal with it. Re : David's comments ( 36-38 min ) on why momo waited until aisha was 9 yrs old before he " consummated " the marriage . On Jai and DOC channel they quoted aishas diary , which stated that, when asked about consummation , momo said he hadn't paid her dowry ...her father gave momo bags of starch , which momo then gave aisha ....then he consummated the marriage ....that could be another possible explanation.

Moreover, puberty is only the BEGINNING of maturity, not its conclusion. Physical maturation continues for several years after the onset of menarche. Mental and psychological maturity require even more time. In short, NO girl of 9 years is ready for marriage/intercourse in ANY way.

If I understand Daniel argument correctly is because little boys and girls are sexually active (according to him) therefore the little boys and girls should therefore get married because it would be better for them to be married at that age. They didn’t take him at face value, they all said Daniel is “better” then his own religion because while Daniel keeps saying you need to “wait for puberty” the Koran has no such stipulations and Muhammad explicitly took his child bride before puberty.
