Thank you. As I say in the video they are not kayakers but good athletes. They live across Sweden and I don't see them very often (especially this year) so it was nice to have this time with them and teach them something new.

It’s important to have an instructor that you trust. A kayak that is easy to roll will absolutely help and it helps to have a diving mask on. Good luck.
@@Fishaholicboy It's when you are learning how to roll to be able to see what you are doing. And in my case when I roll i fresh water as I'm "allergic" to it. But if you are good at rolling with a mask you would also be good without it. I have no doubt about that.

Grassypeak good luck. I have one daughter who has been rolling since she was about 18, she is with me sometimes giving rolling classes.
