I was thinking the same thing. He seems to have a lot of symptoms just like Prader-Willi syndrome.
If they don't address the root cause of his insatiable appetite, I dont see how this is a long-term solution.

Learning difficulties is very common in people with prader-william syndrome
It is alqays difficult having a life threatening illness when living is such poverty as many in India do. Hopefully, now that the family, and the young man, will now understand the symptoms and know that food intake must be controlled, and not rely on the normal appetite markers. Good luck to them.

Nobody’s fault, but the parents you give the child a certain amount of food and that’s what he gets. You don’t just let them eat and eat and eat until he turns into a beached whale. All of this could’ve been avoided by just feeding him normally and not letting him consume whatever he wants!😵💫
