It was quite helpful. Thank you for the video. 👍🏻
The pleasure is mine :)
An extremely useful compilation for all of us who are in the middle of the ocean.... wanting to realise that even the aspiration of crossing of the ocean is Māyā.
Thank you for sharing this, Kushagra. Keep up this noble work, Brother! :) 🙏
The pleasure is mine! And yes indeed, the play of Maya goes on and the spiritual effort is needed, until we realize by direct experience that there was no play in real, ever at all. Thank you for your kind remarks, brother. 🙏🏻😇
Thank you for this masterpiece! Really great pointers. 🙏🙏
Pleased to know it was helpful! 😇

Glad to hear that you feel that way from my videos. All Lord's Grace! 🙏🏻
I feel the same thing @KevinAshner 😄😄
Very precise and deeply touching words. Gratitude for this! 🙏🏻Just one question, are Yoga Vasishta and Yoga Vasishta Sara the same books?
All Lord's Grace! And yes, technically they contain the same teachings. Yoga Vashishta Sara is a shorter version or the subset of the original Yoga Vashishta. YV Sara contains selected verses from the original YV. 😇
"Raja Yoga is the cessation of the notification of objects" was the last sentence in the book.
You're talking about Yoga Vashishta? Or Yoga Vashishta Sara?
Sir,what exactly is a person supposed to do in kriya yoga?,like a pranayama or something like that.i've heard that the 'what' we are supposed to do is kept a secret so as to prevent it to go into wrong hands
The video was about Yoga Vashishta and not Kriya Yoga. 😄 But well, Kriya Yoga is a yogic technique, which is more of an advanced and sophisticated version of the pranayama. There's more to it as well. But like any yogic method, it should be learned from an adept and authentic Guru and should be practiced only in the company of that Guru, after getting initiated. Proper rules, regulations and disciplines must also be followed while practicing it. Otherwise one can invite harm or damage upon oneself, in the absence of proper guidance and thorough knowledge and instructions of a Guru. Things are not the same for all, as every individual is different, so who needs to practice, how much, when and in what way, with what additional restrictions, rules and discipline, all that varies from person to person. Thus it's advised to learn these Yogic practices [that deal directly with prana, chakras, nadis, shakti etc.] from a proper Guru, in order to progress rightly, smoothly and not invite any harm or damage upon oneself in case of wrong or careless practice. That's why these practices are kept secret and the "how to" part isn't broadcast in detail. And yes, it should not go into the wrong hands or to an immature, or incapable person, is also one of the reasons why these things are kept secret. Hope this helps :)
Did vashista knew that ram is parabramha himself ?
Obviously, He must be aware of that.
