Then you have: 1.1M Satoshi lockup 1.3M total US ETF holdings 500k total country holdings worldwide (I'm not including rumored Saudi holdings until verified) 450k MicroStrategy holdings 140k total other company holdings worldwide This reduces actual possible availability from 21M to 14.5-12.5M depending on how much you want to say are lost. 2.2M BTC on all exchanges according to CoinGlass Jan 7, 2025. Remember that this does not mean all 2.2M are up for sale. TL;DR -- There is not enough to go around. Buckle up!

If goverments would decide to use it, just Copy the Software to create your own Blockchain Ledger, the "bitdollar" or "bitreserve" and create your new Network from there, why entertain the idea that 1/21 of all coins from the start are held by some Anonymous under the pseudonym Satoshi nakamoto?
