you dont have to do all that for the timing belt on a 2.0 DOHC 1st gen neon. you mnight as well pull the motor and make it easy as far as youre taking it.
Hello. I'm having the worst luck with my Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, it has a manual transmission with their 420a engine. Do you know if I can use the conplete wiring harness from this car on to the Eclipse? My car has been sitting for months! Anyways any help will be HIGHLY appreciated.
I always just remove the lower radiator hose to avoid breaking the radiator drain plug or it not resealing on the radiator. Some get lucky some don't but better buying a new radiator!
is that the 420a engine wife's 97 talon esi has the 420a. I use to have a built 420a back in 99 in 98 talon esi was fun car. I like the 4g63 talon but I had lot of fun back in the late 90s with it made 350fwhp
+That Neon Channel i thought so good video for people to learn from for sure guess they call them DIY lol fuck if i know i just learning how use a phone ha
Hey man, I have DOHC neon motor and it burns oil now quite a bit and my internals are making noise even with a full oil. I've been told I might have a piston slap on my engine but could it be something else? I've had to use 10 - 40 and now it won't hold that for longer than maybe a week or week and a 1/2 if I'm really lucky. What do you think could be going on? Thanks. engine only has 133, 378 on it.
Would you be able to explain were the valve sets are located, I know a decent amount about engines but I'm pretty limited on knowledge on how to build them. I've never built a motor but I did take apart a head with my dad but it wasn't a DOHC head it was a SOHC from a Ford Escort before they had over 89 horse power and 103 pound feet of torque. It was a 1.9 liter engine a 1993 or 95 I know they are some how are like a platform or base for the valves but that is about it.
good guy helping a friend out you saved him a lot of money. and he learned something.
I need help with my 96 dodge neon. Please help

In my Honda I have a manual steering rack. If I wanted to take ac and power steering out will I run into a problem with the steering rack or anything.
For my neon
