I EXERCISED every day for a WEEK // get out, get fit, get chocolate mousse

When you get stuck in that rut of watching RUclips or Netflix, sometimes it takes a simple encouragement and inspiration. Honestly, if you think about it, we are constantly bombarded with ads to watch things, or buy things, but we rarely see ads saying "go outside" or "get out of bed".
