Falling Water in the sims would be an interesting challenge with the pond tool. And for the states a Louisiana bayou
Oh, yeah. Falling Water was done before with pools, but ponds would be better. And the bayou can have gators now.

Idk if you could even do this with the pond tool - but for your state series you should try to make a mini canyon with a house over it or something. Like on a giiiiiant lot.
Yes! This works so much better then houses over pools because the stilted foundation actually works in the water! I’ve wanted this so badly! I love this!
Hm, for ideas... ( You probably have already a list of like hundreds build ideas)... Simply tiny House at a creek or maybe a water mill (Saw Sunniesimsie doing that in the Sims)

speaking of the dr. who door, you can probably do one of those with cottage living now? im not sure if there is a debug version of the telephone booth but you could use an debug version (that sims can walk through) or use the tool mod when the full pack comes out to find a way for sims to go under the booth and go through a ladder into a basement

im from kentucky and i think that would be an awesome state to do with the pond tool! i live in a city but i think a typical country house in kentucky with a pond would be amazing by you! love your channel so much though and am so excited for more state builds no matter what state it is💜

I like building on the water..... BUT I was soooooo excited when you placed the flower vase on the very top of the chimney "ledge" I don't now the proper name. Ooh I got to remember to try out.
