    You have fantastic balance. I was watching your hands while you balanced and almost no movement there. Respect.

    This movement is just what I have been looking for, this should be fun to apply. Feeling stable handstand walking, wanting to find balance and control. Perfect addition to wall holds. This should help in finding balance when pressing up from the floor.

    Fantastic tips! I need to remember to keep it slow moving. Just joined crossfit and my younger days of breakdancing gave me a little head start on skills. But always trying to "hit the beat" put a fast tempo on my handstand movements. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast, fast is easy. Thanks for the vids, they are quite helpful.

    Been struggling to hold my freestanding handstand for more than a couple seconds. This is quite possibly exactly what I needed... Thanks Carl

    Nice tips. I know a very good gymnast who always goes into her handstand like this but I've always gone for straight up. Going to be giving it a try tonight.

    hey Carl very informative and cool video!! I've a question for you: While you do an handstand do you suggest looking to the ground for balance? I dont care that much about a gymnastic perfect line handstand, I just want to balance on my hands and hold it.

    • @iamcarlpaoli
      @iamcarlpaoli  7 лет назад +1

      Look at the ground. Try keeping your ears in line with your shoulders

      Forwards meaning into a bridge? If so make sure the leg that is pointing in the same direction you are looking is always counterbalancing you until you get comfortable closing the legs into a full handstand.
