Hi, I joined for M A english in july 2022.The compulsory subject is shown as Literary criticism and theory. I received the study materials of british poetry, british drama and british novel. But I didn't receive the compulsory subject's study material. What should I do?

Re Rejistration for ignou is opned now . I want to know this......For net perspective which subject is beneficial.. Not that difficult if you're interested in literature and a voracious reader otherwise it might get difficult.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your experience. Took admission in jul22 session, I do have received meg 1 in one parcel and 2, and 5 in other parcel but didn't recieve meg3 . what can I do now?
You can check the Material Dispatch Status online (check pinned link). I would suggest waiting a few days as it may come in another parcel. If not, you can contact the regional center.

Hello, I have one question. It would be very nice of you and sir reply. I want to pursue MEG, but I am confused whether to take Admission in Ignou or Jamia. It would be very helpful for me if you could tell me how jamia(distance). IGNOU vs Jamia for masters in English, which would be better? Do we have to attend each and every class provided by jamia and do the exams happen on time?

Yes. You need to purchase them separately. Tip: Purchase any 5 novels instead of all of them.

Aur agr maine galti se soft copy material choose kr liya ho to kya wo ab hard copy me change ho skta hai kya... Sir pls help..
If you have chosen soft copy, you can't change it to hard copy as per my understanding. However, you can contact your study center to get sure information about this.

You will get all the books you have opted for. Sometimes there can be delays in transit. So you can wait.

Sir, I have taken MA-English admission for the July-2022 cycle. To date, I have received MEG-1, MEG-2, and MEG-3 only. I was told next I will be receiving MEG-5 instead of MEG-4. Kindly confirm 1st-year subjects are MEG1, MEG-2, MEG-3, MEG-4, or MEG-5. If I am studying MEG-5 in the 1st year, then do I need to study MEG-4 in the 2nd year, pls clarify this doubt,

Please check the material dispatch status from the link (see the highlighted comment). Then check with your local post office. Sometimes it takes a while for all books to arrive. (I got 4 first and then after 8-10 days the remaining 4)

You get them on your registered email id once admission is confirmed. If not received, use the forgot password option and follow the instructions
