You guessed it give them another crappy bond for another crime this time they get home monitoring with GPS! Wow they really sticking it to them. It's a joke! Just another addiction for the criminals. Imagine being able to literally get away with murder? Do you think you would stop after the first time, no you will continue because you feel unstoppable.
