Huge works, I think it is more a Tier List based on how to build the current meta teams than the relevance of the heroes separately as you said. Because for example Artemis without Fafnir is far to be a Tier S+, unlike the kind of Faceless, Jorgen, Amira... who are versatile Heroes. The same for the enginner who are not that good alone. Also Satori and Khark are too low, yes they are hard countered but Julius and Andvari are not very common on all server, and if you don't aim to be top 10 on your server, they are great heroes.

It's really almost impossible to evaluate each character in a vacuum, our whole game is focused on combinations and interactions of both individual pairs of heroes and teams as a whole, but technically all this information provides an opportunity to evaluate the quality of heroes in terms of the ability to use them with a very limited number of heroes so that you don't have to pump extra ones

@@neytiritetskahamoatite7688In every game you have middling or below players who talk about meta. That is what is going on with Arachne. AsaQr has proven themselves to be an S tier player. In my case I am only consistently top 20 in Titans on my server which is A tier. I occasionally hit top 20 in single PvP, I am top 40 consistently which makes my single PvP B tier. My multi-battle PvP hovers around 50 +/- which is basically C tier. I can one flag most of the Elder Hydra which I guess is around C tier.

Right now it's best to build these three team - 1. FART ( Fafnir Artemis Tristan ) 2. JULIUS Judge Isaac + Amira, Jorgen / two Engineer ( out of ginger Astrid nebula ) hero team 3 .Either of Kayla Aiden team ( chaos Kayla aiden or Fafnir Kayla Aiden ) /iris Eternity / mushy mojo nature team.
And none of these teams are free to play unfortunately... and it's the main heroes, the game changer who is only available on event, Fafnir, Julius, Kayla Aiden. Artemis soul stone is a pain to farm to 6 stars, Isaac only on event too. If I have to restart from the begining, I will pump Eternity team Corvus Morrigan Phobos Faceless and may be Keira in the begining all 5 easier to get and then when an Iris event is coming I will sub Keira to Iris.
Great list but as a beginner, S and S+ are pretty much a list of heroes that cannot be obtained: Mushy Xe'Sha Julius Amira Fafnir Iris Aidan Kayla, none of them can be obtained anywhere, and Cleaver Isaac Sebastian aren't so easy to get either. Also, you only seem to care about PvP. Would you care to assemble a list of teams for beginners? - I always struggle with the Tower - need to build 3 teams for the Outlands (I hears things get rough at level 100) - who to build for Hydra - who to use in Arena and Great Arena - who to use in campaign It would be great if there is some overlap between the teams... Currently I'm at lv45 so there's still some time to rebuild.
Greetings, judging by your level - you are still at the very beginning of the path and I will only tell you that sooner or later you will come to those heroes who are at the top of this list. Especially the new heroic chest, which will be introduced very soon, will help in this. So it makes little sense to tell which heroes to pump specifically to a beginner, because then they can simply completely lose their relevance at level 120. So don't worry about tower and Outland. I have released a separate video about Hydra, and the only additional hero will be useful in campaign, and this is Martha. I hope I answered your question
You forgot one VERY IMPORTANT consideration: How easy is it to evolve them? And get them in the first place? Newbies should beware holding back some heroes while waiting to get one that's supposed to be better, and after getting that one, only to find out that one almost never gets soul stones. I haven't even seen a Xe'sha. I have SS ranked heroes I'm allowing to languish -- how powerful can they get when they are stuck at 2 or 3 stars? My 5-star or full-up mid-range heroes consistently stomp teams with SS heroes. That's another thing -- I'm not so sure all the top ones are so much better than the bottom ones. Maybe for the same reason -- people putting out and leveling up supposedly great heroes that aren't evolved. I am not impressed with Cleaver, not to mention he's gross and ugly and damages himself. I've got Artemis and Fafnir in my top teams but they don't seem to be THAT great. Yasmine and Phobos are two of my favorites, and Mojo is certainly very good, but they all have their weaknesses. I have D-ranked heroes who got lots of soul stones and I got them early on, it would be crazy to substitute some of the SS characters I have not been able to evolve as much. I'm also not impressed with Ginger, Judge, and Faceless except as specialists against certain teams. I think Thea, Maya, and Dante are terribly underrated. You praise Ziri and Krista for powers that preserve them -- but also take them out of the fight for a spell. I've been annoyed to lose a fight only to have it prolonged by Ziri popping back up, but hopelessly outmatched and doomed. I suppose with a very close match it might go the other way, but generally I don't want a tank taking a time-out in the middle of a fight. Still they are both good in certain situations. Besides evolution level, the other thing to consider is team composition -- what heroes do you have to work with, and what kind of team are you up against? Blindly trying to have all S and SS heroes is not the way to go. Also keep in mind the characters are sometimes buffed and sometimes nerfed. and new heroes like Polaris are added who might greatly alter the effectiveness of friend and enemy heroes.
I really messed up, i went through the team levels too fast & my Hero's Ex points are 10 levels back now i cant find any arena fights everyone else is way too powerful..
Should make a video on what is the optimal power level to upgrade you hero’s so that we don’t waste extra on them.Unless you are late game then it doesn’t matter I guess.

Why is Ginger higher than Astrid? Astrid seems to win more matchups as Ginger often deals too little dmg to finish the opponents and just feeds them. Astrid focuses on 1 target and with engineers, the entire team then does. Stunning the first in line and bursting them down without giving them a chance to charge ults or attack back. Also tanking a lot of front line dmg. Astrid IMO is quite a lot better
Ginger is so high because it allows engineers to pick up the pace very quickly in dealing additional physical damage. If you remove her from this faction, then progress would lose its striking power, and Astrid will definitely not replace her completely.
@@AsaQrHWM I use Daredevil over Ginger for the critical hit bonus which pairs nicely with Sebastian. Since I am nowhere near a max level player, I accept your evaluation that Ginger works well at upper tiers of gameplay. Plus, I like redheads in general 😉

I don't feel it can be applied. Fortunately he put the text of every skill for every hero on the video so you can compare it to the heroes on the web version, they are SIGNIFICANTLY different skills. It seemed odd to me most of the video, but the one that really got me to notice was Artemis. I used her early but also dropped her very early in the web version, the video mentioned her ultimate increasing the number of arrows every time a skill is used, but she doesn't do that in the web version where it is a fixed 10 arrows every time.

Poor satori became d tier because of all those engineer and fart team . He is my main damage dealer in one of grand arena team of astaroth mystic team where Amira mostly does all work in that team. My poor karkh also became d tier , now iris does all the damage in my chaos karkh grand arena team . My 3rd main team Yasmine is also not good , fafnir just saving him.
Many heroes have become dramatically worse with the introduction of new characters. And unfortunately, this is part of evolution, now we are waiting for the balance to be leveled
I think satori and khark are higher, for me A tier. It mainly depends on your server if there is a lots of julius or andvari team. They still perfom great against other teams. It also depends if you aim to be top 3 on your server, if it is the case , clearly the players at this level have played long enough or spent enough money to have their counter level up.
I've been fighting a player for 1st in arena for weeks that uses a maxed Julius, Judge, Ginger, Isaac, and Astrid & Lucas. No matter what I throw at him I haven't won once. Any ideas on a really solid counter to this?
@@i.g.7098 Astaroth/Xe'sha/Lillith/Dorian/Cleaver and Julius/Judge/Ginger/Isaac/Nebula, I've also tried various types of those formations mixed and also incorporating Helios and Orion. Those are all the heroes I have around cap. I could probably mostly raise one or two more units with the resources I have on hand but I just can't seem to find a hard counter or anything that even gets me close. Astrid & Lucas make that already hard to kill team even more of a pain.
@@minaeru i think Astrid and Lucas are definitely underrated on this video. Think about it.... they're literally a 6th person half the time attacking AND tanking. Have you tried to put them or Mushy n Shroom, or Corvus and Morrigan on a team?
@@i.g.7098 Having gone up against Astrid in several formations now I definitely agree, a serious pain to fight in different situations, seems underrated in this video. I didn't want to go for a copy build and win 50/50 so I didn't level her for it. Mushy might be promising and Corvus maybe, but Morrigan I have decently leveled and doesn't help at all. Guess I'll go back to the drawing board and try to come up with something.
@@minaeru I def agree with the video regarding Morrigan. I've gotten absolutely mauled by teams with Morrigan in the past because her and the skeletons absorb serious amounts of damage but I def didn't find a way to use her for myself.

Hi! It is very difficult for me to say something specific about this, because each server has a slightly different meta and teams in arenas and GW. Perhaps it is in your team that Aidan will be perfect here, and perhaps Helios (instead of Maya). Everything is very individual
First of all thanks for your time preparing this list as it takes a lot of times. Disagreement: 1) Satori is easy counter in defense, but still dangerous in attack. Putting Satori as D and twins as A is an interesting decision. 2)Khark as D is also a weird decision. Khark with asta ziri in front backed by faceless fafnir is not a joke 3) DarkStar and AL are really low positions. Both of them have really interesting counter capabilities and by default are in the top 2/3 of the current meta: progress and nature. 4) Morrigan does not deserve to be S. Corvus neither, weak tank, altar does not kill as before (keira as an example). There are the fire twins counter, but does not make them tier S 5) Sebastian and ginger better position than Yasmine, Isaacnor phobos? Uuuu, not sure
This list is more about which heroes to level up to get the current strongest team for me, so you have to level up just few heroes depending on your choice. Alone , artemis, ginger, are far from be S+

This list is also not reasonable to have the maximum number of heroes in SS-tier, which means that the discerning of the hero capability is not good enough. A good tier-list shall be a pyramid shape, which means the number of heroes in top-tier shall be less than those in lower-tier so that it can make the resources allocation readily focus on less, rather than more heroes.

My level 68, current first team: Corvus, Kiera, Morrigan, Isaac, Phobos (works pretty well against many teams my level range) 2nd team: Aurora, Maya, Arachne, Celeste, Sebastian 3rd team: Astaroth, QingMao, Jhu, Faceless, Thea (basically the balance of heroes I had who are levelled decently) I have a few other heroes not leveled much and are considered as reserves for now, will level them later if needed. Mojo, Galahad, Dante, Not levelled: Ginger, Fox, Ishmael, Heidi, Daredevil, Orion, Artemis, Peppy, Satori, Xesha. Amira is available for the latest event now but don’t think I’ll want to develop her since I have limited resources. Wanna know how I should optimise my team with the current heroes available. (I would like Fafnir, Dorian but seems like may need to wait some time for their events to come out)
Greetings! Whatever heroes you have at the moment, the most versatile teams now are with Fafnir and Engineers, so I can't recommend anything else besides them.
From the point of view of confusing rivals, this is a good idea. And then in our game there are databases that facilitate the selection of teams in cross-server battles
You says Aiden is strong against Yasmine but I think it's the other way around. Yasmine targets Aiden often, Aiden can survive the ultimate but then dies quickly to the follow up attacks
Personally, Aiden himself may suffer from Yasmine as well as the rest of the heroes with weak armor. However, with help of his shields do gain extra time to deal with it. And it works
@@AsaQrHWM today is "some day" :D Quick question, why is Khark so low in the tier list ? I see him in almost all top25 teams, at least in GA with faceless, either undead corv/morr/X or martha/cleaver/X (usually X=fafnir). He is also the only hero to do 6 attacks at once with his ultimate
I disagree with Aidan countering Yasmine, my Yasmine cuts him up to ribbons, then he ultimates, and since Yasmine stops him from healing, he basically kills himself
One thing is for sure watching this... The Web version of the game is completely different and you should ignore this completely if you play on FB/Web using the recommendations here will not only get you killed quickly, you'll also have wasted all your resources in choosing the wrong heroes.

Newbies should beware holding back some heroes while waiting to get one that's supposed to be better, and after getting that one, only to find out that one almost never gets soul stones. I haven't even seen a Xe'sha. I have SS ranked heroes I'm allowing to languish -- how powerful can they get when they are stuck at 2 or 3 stars? My 5-star or full-up mid-range heroes consistently stomp teams with SS heroes. That's another thing -- I'm not so sure all the top ones are so much better than the bottom ones. Maybe for the same reason -- people putting out and leveling up supposedly great heroes that aren't evolved. I am not impressed with Cleaver, not to mention he's gross and ugly and damages himself. I've got Artemis and Fafnir in my top teams but they don't seem to be THAT great. Yasmine and Phobos are two of my favorites, and Mojo is certainly very good, but they all have their weaknesses. I have D-ranked heroes who got lots of soul stones and I got them early on, it would be crazy to substitute some of the SS characters I have not been able to evolve as much. I'm also not impressed with Ginger, Judge, and Faceless except as specialists against certain teams. I think Thea, Maya, and Dante are terribly underrated. You praise Ziri and Krista for powers that preserve them -- but also take them out of the fight for a spell. I've been annoyed to lose a fight only to have it prolonged by Ziri popping back up, but hopelessly outmatched and doomed. I suppose with a very close match it might go the other way, but generally I don't want a tank taking a time-out in the middle of a fight. Still they are both good in certain situations. Besides evolution level, the other thing to consider is team composition -- what heroes do you have to work with, and what kind of team are you up against? Blindly trying to have all S and SS heroes is not the way to go. Also keep in mind the characters are sometimes buffed and sometimes nerfed. and new heroes like Polaris are added who might greatly alter the effectiveness of friend and enemy heroes.
I really messed up, i went through the team levels too fast & my Hero's Ex points are 10 levels back now i cant find any arena fights everyone else is way too powerful..

Why is Ginger higher than Astrid? Astrid seems to win more matchups as Ginger often deals too little dmg to finish the opponents and just feeds them. Astrid focuses on 1 target and with engineers, the entire team then does. Stunning the first in line and bursting them down without giving them a chance to charge ults or attack back. Also tanking a lot of front line dmg. Astrid IMO is quite a lot better

Ginger is so high because it allows engineers to pick up the pace very quickly in dealing additional physical damage. If you remove her from this faction, then progress would lose its striking power, and Astrid will definitely not replace her completely.
@@AsaQrHWM I use Daredevil over Ginger for the critical hit bonus which pairs nicely with Sebastian. Since I am nowhere near a max level player, I accept your evaluation that Ginger works well at upper tiers of gameplay. Plus, I like redheads in general 😉

I don't feel it can be applied. Fortunately he put the text of every skill for every hero on the video so you can compare it to the heroes on the web version, they are SIGNIFICANTLY different skills. It seemed odd to me most of the video, but the one that really got me to notice was Artemis. I used her early but also dropped her very early in the web version, the video mentioned her ultimate increasing the number of arrows every time a skill is used, but she doesn't do that in the web version where it is a fixed 10 arrows every time.

Poor satori became d tier because of all those engineer and fart team . He is my main damage dealer in one of grand arena team of astaroth mystic team where Amira mostly does all work in that team.
My poor karkh also became d tier , now iris does all the damage in my chaos karkh grand arena team .
My 3rd main team Yasmine is also not good , fafnir just saving him.
Many heroes have become dramatically worse with the introduction of new characters. And unfortunately, this is part of evolution, now we are waiting for the balance to be leveled
I think satori and khark are higher, for me A tier. It mainly depends on your server if there is a lots of julius or andvari team. They still perfom great against other teams. It also depends if you aim to be top 3 on your server, if it is the case , clearly the players at this level have played long enough or spent enough money to have their counter level up.

I've been fighting a player for 1st in arena for weeks that uses a maxed Julius, Judge, Ginger, Isaac, and Astrid & Lucas. No matter what I throw at him I haven't won once. Any ideas on a really solid counter to this?
What have you tried ?
@@i.g.7098 Astaroth/Xe'sha/Lillith/Dorian/Cleaver and Julius/Judge/Ginger/Isaac/Nebula, I've also tried various types of those formations mixed and also incorporating Helios and Orion. Those are all the heroes I have around cap. I could probably mostly raise one or two more units with the resources I have on hand but I just can't seem to find a hard counter or anything that even gets me close. Astrid & Lucas make that already hard to kill team even more of a pain.
@@minaeru i think Astrid and Lucas are definitely underrated on this video. Think about it.... they're literally a 6th person half the time attacking AND tanking. Have you tried to put them or Mushy n Shroom, or Corvus and Morrigan on a team?
@@i.g.7098 Having gone up against Astrid in several formations now I definitely agree, a serious pain to fight in different situations, seems underrated in this video. I didn't want to go for a copy build and win 50/50 so I didn't level her for it. Mushy might be promising and Corvus maybe, but Morrigan I have decently leveled and doesn't help at all. Guess I'll go back to the drawing board and try to come up with something.
@@minaeru I def agree with the video regarding Morrigan. I've gotten absolutely mauled by teams with Morrigan in the past because her and the skeletons absorb serious amounts of damage but I def didn't find a way to use her for myself.

Hi! It is very difficult for me to say something specific about this, because each server has a slightly different meta and teams in arenas and GW. Perhaps it is in your team that Aidan will be perfect here, and perhaps Helios (instead of Maya). Everything is very individual

First of all thanks for your time preparing this list as it takes a lot of times. Disagreement:
1) Satori is easy counter in defense, but still dangerous in attack. Putting Satori as D and twins as A is an interesting decision.
2)Khark as D is also a weird decision. Khark with asta ziri in front backed by faceless fafnir is not a joke
3) DarkStar and AL are really low positions. Both of them have really interesting counter capabilities and by default are in the top 2/3 of the current meta: progress and nature.
4) Morrigan does not deserve to be S. Corvus neither, weak tank, altar does not kill as before (keira as an example). There are the fire twins counter, but does not make them tier S
5) Sebastian and ginger better position than Yasmine, Isaacnor phobos? Uuuu, not sure
This list is more about which heroes to level up to get the current strongest team for me, so you have to level up just few heroes depending on your choice. Alone , artemis, ginger, are far from be S+

This list is also not reasonable to have the maximum number of heroes in SS-tier, which means that the discerning of the hero capability is not good enough. A good tier-list shall be a pyramid shape, which means the number of heroes in top-tier shall be less than those in lower-tier so that it can make the resources allocation readily focus on less, rather than more heroes.
So who is the best and fast healer ?
Mix team best healer Martha. Combinations differ by synergy. Aidan in chaos, Alvanor in nature, Isaac in progress etc.

3rd team: Astaroth, QingMao, Jhu, Faceless, Thea (basically the balance of heroes I had who are levelled decently)
I have a few other heroes not leveled much and are considered as reserves for now, will level them later if needed.

Not levelled: Ginger, Fox, Ishmael, Heidi, Daredevil, Orion, Artemis, Peppy, Satori, Xesha. Amira is available for the latest event now but don’t think I’ll want to develop her since I have limited resources.

Greetings! Whatever heroes you have at the moment, the most versatile teams now are with Fafnir and Engineers, so I can't recommend anything else besides them.
Maxed pumped heroes aren't always an advantage. Almost maxed seems to be better. Or am I wrong?

You says Aiden is strong against Yasmine but I think it's the other way around. Yasmine targets Aiden often, Aiden can survive the ultimate but then dies quickly to the follow up attacks
Personally, Aiden himself may suffer from Yasmine as well as the rest of the heroes with weak armor. However, with help of his shields do gain extra time to deal with it. And it works

Quick question, why is Khark so low in the tier list ? I see him in almost all top25 teams, at least in GA with faceless, either undead corv/morr/X or martha/cleaver/X (usually X=fafnir). He is also the only hero to do 6 attacks at once with his ultimate

I disagree with Aidan countering Yasmine, my Yasmine cuts him up to ribbons, then he ultimates, and since Yasmine stops him from healing, he basically kills himself
There is a lot of debate on this topic, however, in some teams directed specifically against Yasmine, Aidan will never be superfluous.
