Tried this soup. So simple and elegant and delicious. I did not add any cream. Inspite of that it was so creamy. Love this and this is a keeper. Already shared this with my sisters.
Very interesting recipe!! Will surely try it.. I liked the fact you did not use egg on the toast.. Also, Instead of adding ice in the mixer jar to cool the mixture .. you can also remove the center of the lid and cover it with a hand towel.. that will also allow the steam to escape and prevent the jar from sudden explosion. :)
