    A big thank you to the guys that took the time to take photos. These photos make me both happy and sad. Was hard work but good times, sad they've gone.

    That was a blast from the past, too many to mention, where has the time gone. 1973 out of the forces, going for my first driving job, in 2015 handing in my boots and saddle.2024 still driving,
    a thing called a land train. Thanks for all those memerys.

    Hardings T45s were always immaculate.As is their kit today
    ...Very friendly warehouse to Tip....Almost as friendly as Peter Greens at Evercreech!!!!

    worked on h g v from 1970 to 1990 then drove class 1 for same company till 2005 ,35 years in total . great days ,boom time . shell mex and b p then bp .

      @@PhilMcDonald-g2e Bill had lots of Brothers they lived all around the Sandford Area Mike or Mikie drove with his father and a couple of brothers . Bill had his own fleet

    Unfortunately it's sad with the death of the British truck builders! Was this due to manufacturers not moving with the times or death by stealth by European competitors taking over brands and then stopping the progress and development and then putting our brands in to liquidation? Many, Many companies where loyal till the end.

    Good to see J R Harding Transport. Would often see their Leyland Marathons and fridge boxes on the M5. They used to fly by me in my very tired Ford D Series. They were probably doing around 70 MPH……
