Tuchel had no idea. Look at last summer! We started season as sore losers, with 0 winning mentality. Tuchel peaked at UCL final and started downfall. The Squad of fully demotivated players and inability to score is all his creation.

Plus, Tuchel was pulled in all directions for players' negotiations and the running of the club. In other words, the owners f*ked up, and they know it. That's why they are doing things differently this time around. Tuchel is an elite manager. It's really an issue to see people just speak based on their feelings on someone

Chelsea have had more top managers than just about any other club. Every manager in the game would jump at the chance of the Chelsea job, so long as they are being offered a big enough contract.
