Hi. I have a problem with Skype. Because I cannot really hear the voice of the caller. I used headset. I already test the audio many times and set the setting there, but i cannot really hear it.
There's so many variables to try, start with making sure your headset is plugged all the way in, then the volume not on mute, then try the sound settings in the control panel and see if your headset shows up as a device.
I see my microphone functioning in windows settings but not Skype. Updated drivers , selected the intel microphone, still no microphone function in Skype. Skype updated and system restarted
Hi Official Heated, go to Audio Settings in the System settings for your computer. It could be that the output device is not selected or your master volume is down. I"ll try to put up a video about this.

I'm sorry for late reply! Just saw your comment now. If you have a webcam, you might be muted on your microphone, check to see that you are not muted.
