Hello and thank you for this detailed video. May I ask, is the Cadlink Software trail version Menu options different than the one you are using; meaning on my trail version there is no " Que " option to set it up..... sorry I am so confused :(
Hey so I am trying to use free trial for digital factory version 10. I followed your step by step video to convert the printer and get it set up. I was able to get the free version 10 set up but once I am in there it doesn't seem like it is hooked up to my printer and I am not able to print anything. Can you please help me with this?
I have followed this video and your CISS instillation video step by step but my epsom is printing the wrong colors then what is in my images. How can I fix this???
The tape he stated should take care of that. Run the tape the whole width of the back of the sheet where it feeds in so it senses the tape. I had the same issue last year.
My colors are printing nothing like the image. I followed every video and not sure what to do. Color is post to be green and it’s come out purple. Please help

can you show how you make a design with white text and how you save it and upload it on Cadlink! i cant figure out how to make a design on canva with white text and then upload it so it prints the white text on Cadlink
Thanks for the great videos, my ink order is different from yours as I have white 1 and white 2 in the first and last channels however it's printing fine apart using white2. Is it supposed to wait wait for one white to finish before it uses the other channel or it should use both whites at the same time?
