Some years ago while playing FO4, I used that Red Rocket location in the Nuka World DLC to build a settlement. I made a big ol settlement too😂. I do not remember how many people were living there.
Welp... I'm on Day 25. Haven't Built or Modified anything, yet... not even Outpost Zumanji. I guess it's time to pop my cherry. (Yes, I'm from THAT Generation, WIN95 😉) Thanks for this warm-up on how to proceed. ✊
I been playing fo 4 for the past month and a bit. Dont have ps plus so switched over. Havent tryed the new map in 76 yet. Taking a bit of a break so i can play 4. Side question are you able to access the mods tab or is it giving you a cant open type of messege too??
I think most of the FO build fans would agree that FO4 with or without mods is way better than FO76. The building system of both games is equally patience challenging and a huge exercise in frustration at least until one masters the inner workings of the merging glitches.
Nice build. I came back to fallout 4 and have given up on 76, especially as they seem to be putting more and more stuff behind paywalls now (Fallout 76: Skyline Valley - Lost Treasures Bundle for example). Too many in game currencies also and the new scoreboards are terrible. Still, on the positive side I now save myself £12 a month to put towards new games.

In all my playthroughs, my personal camp has been at Red Rocket. Just me 'n Dogmeat.

I’ve built a huge scrappy town in nuka world red rocket location back in the day. I think my favorite build spot was starlight drive in.

I... never tried to use the rug glitch with those walls... for anything else... but not the walls.
