as a classical music person i am so happy to see people going out and enjoying orchestral performances. this is a wonderful video! i also feel obligated to let everyone know that the stardew valley “trombone” was actually a french horn.
I find the smaller church and orchestra very fitting for Stardew Valley, especially compared to the Elden Ring one. Stardew is such a cozy game with such a wholesome community and the smaller room really emphasises on that!

My friend and I were at the concert that night too (I saw you in the lobby but was too nervous to say hello haha!) and we just kept looking at each other grinning and saying ‘this is so cool’ 😂 It was definitely an incredibly special experience, it was great to relive it again through you ☺️

I was lucky enough to be at the Stardew show in Birmingham (the night before yours) and this video still managed to give me chills hearing the music again. Into the deep woods was by far the highlight of the night for me I was so happy when they played it, I think a lot of people were.
Gosh I've never played Stardew Valley but I got so emotional watching that segment! It's so heart-warming and moving how you and everyone else were sitting in a room of such shared love for the game and its music
I feel so fortunate that I got to see the stardew show in Berlin. A once in a lifetime opportunity. I got teary eyed at the first note and multiple times throughout the evening.
It was different people performing and a different conductor but they all agree on not liking pierre haha
I was at the stardew concert that night, I got chills watching this! Journey of the Prairie King was such a surprise, really loved all the songs they chose. Next time...I hope for the volcano mine theme!

Wish I coulda nabbed tickets to the Chicago show, but I was playing in my own orchestra concert on the same night. I have hope now from what you said about the conductor hinting at future performances 🤞

I went to see the Star Wars concert in Birmingham Symphony Hall on May 4th. It was amazing listening to the live orchestra playing songs from episode 1-9, loved it!
I would love to go but I don’t think they will be coming to Calgary any time soon and I can’t travel anywhere so I’ll just have to experience it through you. Thank you for sharing with us!

Amazing experiences! Thank you for sharing this with us, I tried to get tickets to the Stardew Valley Concert in Montreal but it was already sold out sadly. I got chills and even some teary eyes listening to the tracks even through my screen! Your final thoughts were so cute, I really wish next time they add even more dates so that everyone gets to experience AND re-experience it!

the lighting looks so cool at your venue!! ours was in a theater so the projections onto a rectangular background didnt have the same precence
I saved this video for myself until tonight so that I could watch it after seeing the concert myself. It was such a wonderful experience!! It was truly unique and I truly realized how wonderful the music from stardew really is

the concert is truly a once in a life time experience I have never felt so many emotions than I did on that day, Stardew means so much to so many and to look around before it started to see so many anxious yet excited faces was incredible, it'll be a night I will never forget! and will forever be grateful for having experienced it and if I ever miss it now I have a perfect video to watch and relive parts of it!

Whilst I've never played Stardew Valley, I think I can relate emotionally. Pokémon and Animal Crossing are 'my' games that hold a similar place in my heart.
These kinds of experiences, that aren't necessarily mainstream or oftentimes people don't understand the passion behind them, are so rewarding when you get to engage with something you love in such an intimate way surrounded by people that get it. You can tell the audience really appreciated the experience and I think, and hope, the orchestra felt that too. You can certainly feel how emotionally touched you were by it all.
Ever since videos of the the Pokémon Symphonic Evolutions tour of 2016 surfaced online, I've been desperately wanting to attend a Pokémon orchestra for similar reasons. Unfortunately at that time I was just too young and not financially independent enough to experience it. Next year I'm living my dream in other ways by finally visiting Japan to satisfy the Pokémon nerd inside me. I'm just hoping a Pokémon orchestra will return in the near future, as I deeply regret letting the opportunity pass me by in 2016.
