Giant Illuminated puppets/dolls; Poupées Géantes & drummers parade through the crowded streets of Weymouth, French performers. September 2023. Hoards of fascinated onlookers throng the town, as the parade moved slowly over the Town Bridge and along the historic Harbourside.
The oversized spectacle has been arranged by Weymouth Council and French theatre company Transe Express.
The drumming toy soldiers are Les Tambours,
The Poupées Géantes are the final event of the biennial outdoor arts festival 'Inside Out Dorset'.
