Yashar Koach on completing this series of classes, Patricia! That took a major commitment on your part. If you would like to continue with a more advanced course, here is class 1 of "User's Guide for the Soul", which puts these concepts into practice for managing all aspects of life: ruclips.net/video/k5G0Sh5r2aE/видео.htmlsi=FWOdEdvYgu6U6HBj
Wow this last lesson was for me to know how to Chanel anger using Kabbalah will be a real help for the future thank so much Cantor Smolash for the great teaching I can truly say I have been enlightened now to the advance lessons Shalom to All !
Such a key insight, AbundantHarmony. Just the knowledge of how detrimental anger is puts you in such a powerful place to grow your spiritual strength. Hoping these tools are useful in your work and your journey! If you would like to continue, this series shares in great depth a system for self mastery based on the same teachings as Intro to Kabbalah: ruclips.net/video/k5G0Sh5r2aE/видео.htmlsi=OLUZVWsm_h3T2E57
Thank you so much for uploading this. These 5 classes are very useful and I love how this teacher transmits his wisdom. I come from an atheist background but I’m eager to learn more about Kabbalah and Judaism. I hope you will post more videos like these:). Today I applied the non-anger theory on my (oftentimes tantrum throwing) toddler and it actually did wonders. Thank you for the clarity!
Thank you, JM for putting these wisdoms into practice. Who can say how far the positive ripples of your work will flow. If you would like more depth, this class covers an advanced text from one of the greatest masters of Kabbalah. ruclips.net/p/PLn9spWvsCBvdNW_0VYbZL6DzrW5ovd1zq
Wonderful to see you completing the full series, MsJocelynC. Great work! If you are interested in more, this intermediate series presents a complete system on how to integrate Kabbalah into your life day to day: ruclips.net/p/PLn9spWvsCBvdNW_0VYbZL6DzrW5ovd1zq&si=frZ1JaN96s8OtHTN Wishing you the best of luck!
To move from a negative like anger to positive requires a detour through neutral, which means to observe it impartially as a negative reactive pattern or object, then wait patiently for a positive response to emerge.
Good observation, RC, and yes a "neutral" gap to interrupt the negative is important. In this Kabbalistic technique, however, one is meant to then generate the positive response rather than waiting for it to emerge.
@@TempleIsraelMI it is my understanding that alignment with the all in one in all shifts the conscious emphasis from making it happen to letting it happen. Thus, when the journey to the Absolute ends, the journey in and with the Absolute begins. ?
An important observation, Mr Pickles. For a full strategy on how to overcome qlipoth and even harness them for good, check out this next class series, User's Guide for the Soul: ruclips.net/p/PLn9spWvsCBvdNW_0VYbZL6DzrW5ovd1zq
Hmm I wonder about this anger, how it works w/ exercise. I am not an angry person, but there is a certain flush and strength that comes with physical exercise, sometimes I'd say I'd let myself lift "angry" just for the last rep in a set...hard to explain. But also, doing cardio, telling myself crazy stories, like I'm on the rowing machine, but in my mind I'm in a lifeboat watching the Titanic sink, you know, like knocking other boats out of the water, every man for himself. Just to shave a minute off my 10k.
It may seem benign, and even productive to channel anger during exercise. Neuroplasticity reveals, however, that every flow of anger is a rehearsal for the next flow because it lays down a pathway in the brain. My challenge would be to find an other-centered flow of imagination that may produce the same energy and boost results. Only you can unlock the image that will work best. A personal challenge? Let me know?
God's rainbow 🌈 red faces the Lord. It has Indigo and purple faces the people and the earth. Adoni help us put the indigo back into the rainbow and flip it back to you. We need the face of our Creator.
@@TempleIsraelMI You're mistaken. Though Tanya is made mention of at times, the text used throughout this series is "Practical Kabbalah" by Rabbi Laibl Wolf. Edited to add: The page numbering in the Kindle version of this text differs at times from what is shown in the video but never by much, so it's easy to find the placement of what is being read.
Im a muslim, who just watched and noted down all five parts, when i connect this with the knowledge from what i am taught in the quran, by the one and only creator , then it is magnificent and makes oerfect sense , our religion came to perfect all religions, and is the final devine revelation for mankind . This knowledge belongs to the creator Allah the most supreme , and when we understand it and and thus understand the lord of the heavan and earth, then we shine light into both realms physical and spiritual, emitting great energy and good aura , making me more connected to the most highest , my lord Allah the greatest. Thus making my after life better , for this life is only a test, and death is a beautiful thing, for it takes soul back to the source of All light, Allah the most majestic .
Thank you for your wonderful teachings. You make things very much easier to understand!

So glad to have you learning with us, Saldomino!
This was by far the most useful out of this series. If I can squash my anger, everything opens up for me then.
