What an extensive collection of adverts. It takes a very dedicated individual to find and compile so many of these videos. :)
They don't make Ads like these anymore. Some real gems here!
The focus on representation rather than the product is really off putting, but adverts in general haven't been good in over a decade now.
Really love the local feel of the earlier ads and then actually got mildly nostalgic even later on in the video where I actually remember some of those ads from when I was super-small myself! (Born '91) LOVE the fashions in the JD Sports ad too, haha, wowzers I'd take 'em all.

Ah Allders Commercial Road, this brings back memories! Commercial Road is so depressing these days.

I remember The Bargate shopping centre! It has gone now because The Marlands and the West Quay shopping centre came along and The Bargate became the third shopping centre and lost out.

It's incredible.... These days many of the shops are already opening late 6/7 days a week. You never see shopping centres being advertised any more either

My mam used to do the 'Friday big shop' at Kwik Save every week and that Liquor Saver jingle brought back the memories.
