Does anyone recall the WC slalom race some years ago, where Mikaela knocked a slalom pole out , it slid down the course and Mikaela skied over it and won the race? A totally remarkable level of skill.
I would like to watch that run again , if anyone remembers the year and location of the race.

@@regiment589 The only place open in my part of the world is Big Sky, which is really pricey.
The 2022 Olympics are a complete failure for Shifrin. I was right. Physical condition weakened. And riding on the verge of a foul ends with the absence of any result.
Yes thats why she leads the WC. Funny thing you were absent until the olympics. Not to mention olympics are couple of starts, not over 20 a season.

As expected, Shifrin begins to sag. Physical fitness is weakening, shamans from Atomik make mistakes, and there was no technique either. You will forget it in two years.
you're obviously very bad informed. mikaela had like almost no training before the season, lost her dad, covid restrictions ... she had the best pts/race of all racers and won 4 medals in 4 wsc events, just didn't race speed this year. but you'll see when she wins the overall again next year ;-)

Let's see. 4 medals in 4 WSC events entered. 10 podiums in a row to finish the season. Doesn't sound like "no technique" to me.

First of all, what are you even doing here? What's your goal? Second, you think whatever you want, but you have no idea what you're talking about, and apparently you don't know anything about Mikaela. If she comes back and skis both tech and speed, who do you think can beat her to the Overall Globe?
