What’s the high test temp & how long should you stay in it for? Also are the results better when you work out? What are the benefits anyways

There are different timers and staying in a sauna varies person to person! I stayed in for about 30 minutes but you can for more than an hour, saunas relax the muscles and almost help make you sweat which is detoxing your body! So pain relief and soreness it could help with ! Great question!

Is it easy to clean?

Yes it is, after use I, just wipe it down with a Clorox wipe or disinfectant wipe ! And let it air dry For 20 minutes! Nice easy clean. I hope that answers four question don’t forget to subscribe.
