Hi rocio, I have been in this channel from beginning and I Have been watching you transforming marwas life step by step, I love the growth, bt I have a suggestion, if you can move the store house to that place where your horse sleeps, you can divide the land from that wall to become a farm house where all your birds and other animals will be living there, that will make it easy for your landscaping and maintain cleaners in the villa...I can imgne a chicken doing his things on the sofas😅 and again you can't manage the grass with the horses on the compound...just my suggestion

Ro please lock the entrance to the living room. Ppl should use the entrance on the other side where the dining room is to avoid messing up the sofa. It's going to be hard to keep them clean. You need a 2nd sitting area with different color. Your house is always welcoming to ppl and your furniture is expensive. Just an advice 😍

Rocio please this section of the parlor should be preserved for special guests, with time create another section in the parlor for random sitting so as to avoid dirtying the chairs
Yes, the chairs are so beautiful but might easily get dirty. so they have to maintain them

Those are nesting tables they're supposed to be stuck beneath each other then you pull them out when you need to use them like for food or drinks.

Congratulations for these beauteful furnishes I suggest to create with thé same furnshes 2 sit-in rooms so you can use efficiently thé space And more one can be used for visitors and one for you qThis will allow to keep them clean .The beauteful round table can also be put some where down to have a dinning room not far from thé sit-in room

Wow nice furniture I hope that’s for your upstairs space for your very special visitors. The downstairs lounge can have two sets of sofas because the place is too big for one set of sofas. Create another lounge for your children where they can relax with suitable furniture and enjoy their tv and doing other activities. The furniture is top notch wow well done. I can Rocio’s touch. Give a woman a house and she will create a home. Well done Ro for creating a home for your small family
My suggestions, remember climbing the stairs there should be some portraits and flowers for beautification
And railings for safety.

Awesome beginning. Me gusta mucho esos muebles. Ask the person who sold them to you if they can order washable covers specifically for that design. Or, quicky shop for fabrick Dorina could use to sew what are called "throws" that don't require ironing (similar to small blankets, large scarfs) to drape over areas where people sit, rest arms, head, feet, etc and can be frequently washed. 😊❤

In terms of your decor, I recommend a lovely multi color rug for the center to break up the white, grey and black and of course some plants are needed to bring life into the area. Wow, look at that shot with the sunset 10:11. The birdhouse and those mud structures could be upgraded and moved. Then grade the front area, create pathways and landscape it.

I have 5 kids in the house n its white n very clean, white gives life n brightens the room n calms the nerves, from my experience, never ever use black carpets, you will hate your house.
You need to buy another set of 2single couches to be opposite the others and then the 2 round seaters placed in the corners ,i saw it in one house also a rug in the middle

This is beautiful! I love it❤ It reminds me of an interior design game I play called Design Home. I love how you sped the video up and ended with a warm hug to Marwa.
White furniture is difficult to keep clean especially when you have children. It's perfect for adults but not for children. Use scotch Guard spray often to keep it clean. Buy darker colored furniture covers when the child becomes a toddler. It looks very good. Hide the electric wiring for a seamless look.
Baby will be fine around white furniture. 💕 It looks beautiful and elegant! Take care.

that funiture to for the up steir section. because it is going to be hard clean. it is beautiful but a lot of people have access to the grown floor that kind of carpet.

Well done Rocio. But would remove the big sofa from under the wall with the pic and instead reserve that space for a centrepiece display area ..since you also plan to have a TV on that wall . But that works too. Hope there won't be too many footsteps going through your living room. Meaning you have a general entrance through another part of the house . Because your house is so beautiful...whatever you put is a bonus. It is already beautiful even with no furniture. I would keep away from three legged tables in future. They aren't that stable and the ones you have look fragile. Just get strong 4 legged tables next time. Your colour choice is beautiful.

Also get protective covers on the sides rest of the couches to prevent soiling. This is priority as your furniture very bright in colors.
